DIY Re-useable Dollar Tree wreath

I work in a dining room at a nursing home and the room needed some fall decoration, hence this wreath was born. I got everything at the Dollar tree and it's all re-useable, so next year all they have to do is hang it up again. I am debating dotting some essential oils on the flowers, I have a delicious pumpkin nectarine oil that would work perfectly for this season.

Since Kansas fall is still pretty green I choose to go with a color scheme that most closely looks like what's going on outside. I may add more orange/red tones as the season progresses, but they really like seeing greenery, even if it's fake.

First things first you will need to find a wreath like this at the dollar store possibly by the floral section, or the wicker baskets.

I also found a bag of foam squash & pumpkins, Luckily they had a green pack along with the very cheap looking bright orange pack. I used 2 bunches of flowers, the first bunch were small brown mums? The second bunch was an assortment of red, yellow, and green flowers.

Fabric glue is the only thing holding this wreath together. Side note The best looking wreath was coming apart so I had to re-weave it, maybe someday I will make a wreath completely from scratch!

I would suggest storing your wreath inside a wreath box, or even a plastic trashbag to keep dust from ruining it.

I also picked up a wreath hanger at the Dollar Tree, I chose the gold one because it will match the hardware of the dining room and will also work for the Winter wreath!
